This five year contract saw TRC refurbish over 200 occupied Grade II listed buildings

TRC were acting as the main contractor for this £3M project. With over 200 listed buildings to work on, our works included refurbishing many of the timber windows and replacing them where refurbishment was not an option.

We also carried out many brick repairs across the two hundred properties and provided painting and scaffolding services.
