Employee health and safety is our top priority. We work closely with safety advisers to ensure risk assessments are in place for every contract, and that on-site inspections are carried out regularly. Every TRC employee has site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular structured training to equip them with the knowledge to understand and proactively reduce on-site risk.
