TRC were recently appointed by refurbishment specialists Overbury to design, supply and install new Inward Opening Casement windows to replace traditional timber tilt and turn windows range for the Royal Bank of Scotland building on a corner in Camden High Street, London.

The requirement was to supply sections of replacement windows to match in as closely as possible with the original windows which were remaining. The new windows needed to allow for a 42 dB acoustic rating and overall U value of 1.4.

TRC were commissioned for this project because of their 20 years experience in supplying replacement “like for like” windows for traditional and Grade I and Grade II listed buildings. Our specialist fitting teams are required to carefully and sensitively remove the existing windows before installing the new replacements.

On successful completion of the project, the client provided the following exceptional assessment scores of which we are of course rightly proud!

Precontract: 9

Enviromental and Energy : 0
