Previously Everton Road Academy School, dating back to the 1830s, 47-49 Everton Road is a housing project undertaken by Your Housing Group, a registered social housing landlord providing safe, affordable homes to people at every stage of life.
The project
TRC were appointed by Connolly Ltd to carry out the replacement of over 50 Heritage Sash windows at 47-49 Everton Road. The project which was once called Everton Road Academy School dates back to the 1830s and has been led by Your Housing Group.
TRC’s heritage sash windows
TRC’s heritage sash windows use a classic weight and pulley mechanism, and are ideal replacement windows for listed buildings as well as architect-led new developments. We use traditional putty to secure thin, high-performance Slimlite glass to ensure an authentic appearance, and satisfy demand for modern acoustic and thermal performance.
Solid glazing bars come as standard, while each window comprises a number of individual glass panels, giving our heritage sash windows genuine character. All windows are finished with three coats of spray-applied microporous water-based paint, which ensures their smooth operation and optimum performance.
